Swedish/Relaxation Massage: A massage with light to moderate pressure, Swedish Massage is considered to be the typical relaxation massage. Let your tension and stress melt away and leave feeling that the weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
Prenatal Massage: Doesn't a pregnant woman deserve some pampering? Prenatal massage takes into consideration the increased stress and tension placed on various muscles throughout pregnancy and works to provide release in those areas. Special positioning and support are used to enable the mother-to-be to relax in comfort while not putting pressure on her belly.
Therapeutic, Sports, Rehabilitation & Deep Tissue Massage: If you suffer from chronically tight muscles, are an active individual, want the deep tension worked out, or just prefer a massage working individual muscles, this is the session for you. Therapists will work to relieve tension in trouble spots, help an athlete recover more quickly, decrease recovery time from injury, and more.
Neuromuscular Therapy: By helping the nervous and muscular systems work efficiently together, overall relaxation and efficiency of muscular contraction is enhanced...as is relaxation of tight muscles.
Specialized Massage Treatments
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy: The lymphatic system helps drain the body of excess fluids and waste (byproducts of muscular contraction and the bobdy's systems). In lymphatic drainage therapy, the therapist opens lymph channels to enhance the flow of fluid through the system, thereby aiding in the removal of excess fluids and waste. This is an excellent way to firm and tone the skin, detoxify the body and aid in fluid retention.

Body Wraps: During a body wrap session, the client is essentially 'cocooned' in treated moist wraps and thermal blankets. While in the wraps, the client will receive a relaxing face and scalp massage. After the treatment, clients will notice, firmer, more moisturized skin and experience a loss of inches - all a result of detoxification of the body's tissues.

Ear Candling: This is an excellent treatment for those that suffer recurrent ear infections, or sinus and migraine headaches. Aside from the relaxation you'll experience, the heat therapy helps treat the aforementioned conditions and relieve pain in most cases. Gentle face, scalp or foot massage may be included with the treatment.
45-minute session: $40
Reflexology: The feet are an excellent roadmap to the body. By stimulating various places on the feet, therapists can help relieve pain and congestion throughout the body. This is a more intense style of footwork with deep pressure, yet still relaxing and is an excellent option for someone who is pressed for time or as an introduction to massage therapy.
